A Festa Nacional da Ostra e da Cultura Açoriana terá 10 dias de duração com entrada gratuita
A Prefeitura de Florianópolis abre oficialmente nesta quinta-feira, 6, às 19h30, a 19ª Fenaostra – Festa Nacional da Ostra e da Cultura Açoriana, que vai até 16 de setembro na Praça Fernando Machado com o cunho 100% manezinho e entrada franca. Neste ano, o evento será realizado durante dez dias ininterruptos e foi adiantado para setembro devido ao sucesso da edição anterior. No ano passado, a festa teve 54 mil visitantes que consumiram cerca de 150 mil ostras. Para a 19ª edição, a meta é chegar em pelo menos 80 mil pessoas e venda de 180 mil ostras.
Com cerca de quatro mil metros quadrados, a festividade contará com quatro restaurantes (Rancho Açoriano, Rancho das Ostras, Freguesia Oyster Bar e Vereda Tropical), nove cervejarias da União Cervejeira (Faixa Preta, Unika, Sunset Brew, Cervejaria da Ilha, Bayer Bier, On Tap, Jester, Kairós, Weinmann) e beer truck, 25 opções de artesanato da cidade com a presença de rendeiras, fuxiqueiras e oleiros, shows de bandas locais e o Caminhão do Peixe 100% Manezinho. A sustentabilidade estará novamente na festa com a opção de copos reutilizáveis, como no ano passado, diminuindo em pelo menos 70% os resíduos gerados.
“É o segundo ano que vamos realizar no Centro da cidade, valorizando ao máximo a nossa cultura, sendo 100% Manezinha e gratuita. Tenho certeza que essa será ainda melhor que a do ano passado com muita animação e, claro, as estrelas da festa: nossas ostras espetaculares. Convidamos a todos para prestigiar essa grande festa”, afirma o prefeito Gean Loureiro.
Novidades
A gastronomia estará ainda mais no centro da festa. De 10 a 13 de setembro serão realizadas oficinas de receitas e harmonizações com a ostra ministradas pelas universidades da região Esta edição também contará com dois concursos: de vitrines de peixarias do Mercado Público, em que haverá votação presencial e pelo Instragram do Mercado Público com resultado no dia 15 de setembro, e o “papa ostras”, que premiará quem abrir e comer mais ostras em um minuto também no dia 15 de setembro.
Outra novidade é a exposição fotográfica OSTRAbalhadores, de Anderson Barbosa, com belas imagens dos trabalhos dos maricultores, permanecendo durante os dez dias da festividade. Todas as fotos estão reunidas no livro com o mesmo nome da exposição e também será lançado na 19ª Fenaostra.
